About

Our Philosophy

We’re a small, independently run, Arizona-based organization that caters to small business, individuals, grassroots organizations, and non-profits – also known as “The Little Guy”.

Or goal is to help the little guy compete in a big box world.

Our Clients

We are developing a list of clients that is as broad as own background, interests, and experience.  Although we only began actively marketing Hayes Design in 2010, a rapidly growing list of organizations have already trusted us with designing their public presence and branding.

We have designed or contributed to graphic materials, or written for artists, photographers, missionaries, churches, a homeschooling curriculum developer, the real estate industry, landscape design firms, energy industry associations, a start up news agency and non-profit organizations.

What That Means For You

Since we don’t have the overhead associated with a big office and a large staff, we don’t inflate our hourly rates – a problem that you’ll often encounter when dealing with some larger design firms.  Since we are independently run we have the freedom to fit the technology to your needs, rather than shoehorning you into a cookie cutter solution.

Work Ethic

We may work in a technically advanced world, but we’re proud to admit that, when it comes to business principles, Hayes Design is about as old fashioned as you can get. There are some basic, common-sense values to which we adhere, no matter what your project requires.

Price shouldn’t dictate quality.   You’ll get the best we have. We do our best for each one of our clients.

Staying on budget is necessary.   We hate surprises on our bills as much as you do. Our quotes are simple, straight-forward, and itemized so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

You’ll always get the person you hired.   In an age where everything is done “online” and there is little accountability, it’s hard to know who to trust. At Hayes Design you have the option to meet us face-to-face and our phone number reaches us directly day or night.

We don’t try to find short cuts.   We just work hard.
